This statement covers this website and the inquiry form on it. "We" and "us" mean Bryce Folsom and Emerson North. If you have a question about anything here, email bryce@emersonnorth.com.
No patient information. We do not request patient information or protected health information, and we ask you not to submit any, in the form or anywhere else. If you send some by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
What we collect
What you tell us. The practice name, website, specialty and state; approximate revenue and profit ranges; what you are considering and when you would like to talk; your name, email address and mobile number; and a record that you agreed to be contacted, including the exact wording you agreed to and when.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We also use the measurement tags described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you by phone call, text message or email.
- To understand your goals and whether, and how, we can help.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you in our own systems.
- Only with your permission, to introduce you and your practice to an acquisition partner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
Acquisition partners: only with your permission, and only what is needed for the introduction you agreed to.
Service providers: companies that host and run this website and our internal systems, such as website hosting, database, email and text messaging providers, process information on our behalf and only to provide those services.
When required: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Text messages
If you agree to be contacted by text, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Advertising and measurement
This site may use measurement tags, including Meta's, to count visits and to measure how well our advertising works. When lead measurement is turned on and you submit the form, your email address and mobile number are sent to our measurement service, which converts them into a hashed (one-way encoded) form before sharing them with Meta so that ad results can be matched. Your practice details and your answers to the form are not shared this way. You can limit ad measurement through your browser's privacy settings or your Meta ad preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are in touch about your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards to keep an accurate record, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing bryce@emersonnorth.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you share, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason we ask only for ranges and never for patient information.
Children
This site is intended for practice owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this statement we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
